The hotel was clean and luxurious. the workers were great, especially suleman. His help was top notch! our room had quality linens and toiletries. the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. it really enhanced the overall experience, i must say.
i found the all-inclusive element a bit limiting! it excluded some restaurants and drink options. the timing for certain snacks was restricted, a little inconvenient.

The two-bedroom family room offered ample space for my family! it had comfortable bedding and sufficient storage, so we really felt at home. the room temperature was easy to adjust. all the amenities were great.

There are multiple pools. One is adults-only, the other is family-friendly! the kids' water play area is close to the adult pool. i really liked the live music. There was a band outside on friday, though the music was loud.

the hotel is in a convenient location near several attractions! transportation options are readily available, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. it is easy to access different parts of town.

staff were friendly since the beginning. khurshid made sure breakfast was great. oye, suleman, shifali, and jawad. jawad was helpful and friendly. my checkout still had a few hours to go before the airport. jawad, suleman, shifali and oye ensured we were still looked after. infants felt comfortable all times.
the all inclusive package had some restrictions based on wristband color.

hotel facilities were great it had indoor gym sauna and spa. outdoor training area has hanging bags for kick boxing. swimming facilities are available alongside splash areas for the kids. private beach and day use cabanas made it special.

the hotel is located within a drive from the airport this took approximately ten minutes. the location allowed quick and simple transfers. nearby amenities were easily accessible with short drives. it suited the purpose of this trip.

the hotel has three on site restaurants they are a steakhouse, an indian restaurant, and a buffet restaurant. the food selection was excellent at the buffet restaurant. variety was large and it catered to different tastes. the food met my expectations.

the room was spacious it had a sea view that was well equipped. the bed was large and comfortable. the en suite bathroom included a walk in waterfall shower. the setup was relaxing and convenient.

The seaview room was upgraded to a superior seaview suite, a nice surprise. since a late checkout wasn't possible, they gave us a premium stocked cabana at a discounted price. I really appreciated that. thanks to marwa, vincent, hakeem, and the entire team. Everyone was amazing.
i did notice the drivers at the reception were not very attentive. it took more than 20 minutes to find someone to assist with check-in, a bit frustrating.

The hotel features a beautiful foyer. Fresh dates and refreshing drinks are available upon arrival. a guitarist strolls the ground floor, and there is also a man blowing bubbles. These are nice touches.

i found the hotel to be a great place for relaxation. the variety of restaurants ensured i had many choices. the pools and jacuzzi offered a great way to unwind after a long day, everything was well maintained.
The main farmhouse area could use a little improvement to reflect a luxury experience. It's a minor thing, though.

Our two-bedroom family room offered ample space for our group. it had a very nice coffee machine and pods to make coffee every morning. the bathroom featured fluffy towels. I liked those small details.

The main food area consistently provided a wide selection of options. i noticed staff were efficient in clearing tables. mr tailors and rasa stood out with really good food quality. These restaurants seemed a step above.

the staff at the pool areas always asked if i needed anything, they were very attentive. i thought it was really kind! the cleaning staff kept our room clean and replenished our water daily.

tasty foodall-inclusive setuppolite staff
the all-inclusive setup was fantastic, and i especially liked the consistently tasty food. i found the staff very polite, even though at times it was hard to get their attention. they managed the crowds well. That's true!
sometimes the wait for drinks at the bar was a little long, even when i was sitting right there, but the bartenders were always busy.
