The hotel was clean and luxurious. the workers were great, especially suleman. His help was top notch! our room had quality linens and toiletries. the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. it really enhanced the overall experience, i must say.
i found the all-inclusive element a bit limiting! it excluded some restaurants and drink options. the timing for certain snacks was restricted, a little inconvenient.

the two-bedroom family room offered ample space for my family! it had comfortable bedding and sufficient storage, so we really felt at home; also, the room temperature was easy to adjust. all the amenities were top-notch.

there are multiple pools; one is adults-only, the other is family-friendly! the kids' water play area is close to the adult pool. i really liked the live music; there was a band outside on friday, though the music was loud.

staff were friendly since the beginning. khurshid made sure breakfast was great. oye, suleman, shifali, and jawad. jawad was helpful and friendly. my checkout still had a few hours to go before the airport. jawad, suleman, shifali and oye ensured we were still looked after. infants felt comfortable all times.
the all inclusive package had some restrictions based on wristband color.

hotel facilities were great it had indoor gym sauna and spa. outdoor training area has hanging bags for kick boxing. swimming facilities are available alongside splash areas for the kids. private beach and day use cabanas made it special.

the property is located within a drive from the airport this took approximately ten minutes. the location allowed quick and simple transfers. nearby amenities were easily accessible with short drives. it suited the purpose of this trip.

the hotel has three on site restaurants they are a steakhouse, an indian restaurant, and a buffet restaurant. the food selection was impressive at the buffet restaurant. variety was large and it catered to different tastes. the food met my expectations.

The seaview room was upgraded to a superior seaview suite, a nice surprise. since a late checkout wasn't possible, they gave us a premium stocked cabana at a discounted price. I really appreciated that. thanks to marwa, vincent, hakeem, and the entire team. Everyone was amazing.
i did notice the drivers at the reception were not very attentive. it took more than 20 minutes to find someone to assist with check-in, a bit frustrating.

i found the hotel to be a great place for relaxation. the variety of restaurants ensured i had many choices. the pools and jacuzzi offered a great way to unwind after a long day, everything was well maintained.
The main farmhouse area could use a little improvement to reflect a luxury experience. It's a minor thing, though.

A Decent Stay

The rooms were great. We had a two-bedroom because our daughter came with us. All drinks in rooms were replenished every day. There was a lot of water in the drinks cabinet, as well as other branded cans and also a coffee machine with pods. We found decent-sized toiletries plus robes and slippers. I used the iron and board plus a hair dryer. The food area was always well stocked. Staff cleared away dishes efficiently. There was a lot of food to choose from. The pool areas were great. Staff checked often if I wanted anything.
The food quality in the main all-inclusive Farmhouse area has room for improvement. I found there were not enough parasols. The heat is intense. The all-inclusive element does not include the Greek restaurant on the marina. It does not include even a contribution towards it. Only local alcoholic drinks are included plus very limited soft drinks. I wanted a juice or mocktail but I had to pay.

the all-inclusive setup was fantastic, and i especially liked the consistently tasty food. i found the staff very polite, even though at times it was hard to get their attention. they managed the crowds well. That's true!
sometimes the wait for drinks at the bar was a little long, even when i was sitting right there, but the bartenders were always busy.
